Shanghai Government Scholarship
According to the Interim Regulations of Shanghai Government Scholarship for International Students （hereafter referred to as the Scholarship）, this detailed implementation has hereby been set forth.
SCHOLARSHIP CATEGORIES
1. Class A （Full Scholarship） ---for Master and Doctoral Programs
Full tuition, 2 or 4-person room, comprehensive medical insurance and a monthly stipend of 3000RMB for master students and 3500RMB for doctoral students during the study period.
2. Class B （Partial Scholarship） ---for Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Programs
Full tuition and comprehensive medical insurance during the study period.
3. Undergraduate 1+4 Program Scholarship
Chinese-taught programs only, HSK 3 or abover certificate needed
Full Scholarship for Pre-university in the 1st year
（full tuition, comprehensive medical insurance, on-campus accommodation, and a monthly stipend of 2500RMB）
Partial Scholarship for 4-year Bachelor Program
（Full tuition and comprehensive medical insurance during the study period）
APPLICATION DEADLINE
April 15th, 2026 for Graduate Programs
April 30th, 2026 for Undergraduate Programs
TERM BEGINS
Sep. 2026
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Log in to apply.ecust.edu.cn and register
2. Fill in the application according to the system prompt, select "Yes" in the "Whether to apply for a scholarship" column, and check "Shanghai Government Scholarship Class A or Class B or 1+4"
3. Submit the application and pay the application fee
