1、Students should pay the accommodation fee for at least one semester.

2、Changing rooms or checking out during the semester is not allowed

3、By the end of every semester, students can apply for the accommodation of next semester and prepay the accommodation fee.

4、Residents must obey all rules and regulations during their stay on campus.

How to Reserve：

For freshmen only:
After confirming your online application has been accepted, enter your application account and password to log in the website http://apply.ecust.edu.cn/, and then click “DOMIROTRY RESERVATIONS” to reserve your on-campus accommodation.
 

For enrolled students:
Log in http://apply.ecust.edu.cn/  to register and bind your Student ID to the account. Then click “DOMIROTRY RESERVATIONS” to reserve your on-campus accommodation.
 

Date for Accommodation Reservation
Application duration lasts from June 9, 2017 to July 9, 2017. Due to the limited rooms available, please make your reservations as soon as possible so as to get the arrangement as you expect.
Note: Chinese Government Scholarship and Shanghai Government Full Scholarship students needn’t to reserve online. The College of International Education of ECUST will make arrangement for on-campus accommodation.
