公共场所全面禁止吸烟

2017年3月1日起，上海市大力推行全面禁烟政策。那这个全面禁烟政策到底是什么呢？
1、室内全面禁烟
室内全面禁烟指的是室内公共场所、室内工作场所、公共交通工具内禁止吸烟。
Indoor public place, indoor working place, and public transportations must be free of smoking。
2、室外区域禁烟
室外区域禁烟指的是在规定的室外公共场所内禁止吸烟。此类场所包括幼儿园，医院，体育场馆，候车站点、文物保护单位等公共场所。
Outdoor public place including kindergartens, hospitals, stadiums, bus stations, historical relics reservation area and etc.
3、罚款规定
个人在禁止吸烟场所吸烟且不听劝阻的，由有关部门责令改正，并处以50元以上、200元以下的罚款。
Person who violated this regulation would be fined from 50-200RMB。
